The Rosary Service for Wilma A. Hartze, age 99 of Regent, will be held at 12:00 noon  followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 1:00pm MDT on Friday, April 6, 2018 at St. Henry's Catholic Church in Regent.

Per Wilma's request, cremation has taken place and burial will be in the Regent Cemetery.

All of Wilma's friends and relatives are honorary bearers.

Wilma Antonia Krause was born on August 16, 1918 in Hazen, ND to Daniel and Regina (Schweigert) Krause.  Wilma attended school at Hazen Public School.  She worked at the RCU General Merchandise Store.

Wilma was united in marriage to Mike Hartze on October 12, 1937.  Wilma and Mike lived in Hazen until November of 1942 when they moved to Mott, ND.  Mike was the manager of the Equity Creamery until January of 1951 when they purchased a bar in Regent, ND, which they operated until April of 1972.  In October 2005, Wilma moved to Western Horizons Care Center in Hettinger, ND.

Wilma was a member of St. Henry's Church, a member and past president of St. Henry's Guild.  She also was a member of the Regent Senior Citizen's.  Wilma's favorite past times were reading, embroidering, playing cards, and in recent years listening to audio books.

Wilma passed away on Monday, March 26, 2018 at Western Horizon's Care Center in Hettinger, ND.

Surivivors include, Jim (Shirley) Hartze, Strongsville, OH; Bob (Sonja) Hartze, Regent, ND; Gary (June) Hartze, Helena, MT; Carmen (Bob) Vasichek, Michigan, ND; 11 grandchildren, 2 step grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, 5 step great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild; and a brother-in-law, Wes Foss, Dallas OR.

She was preceded in death by her husband Mike, her parents, and two brothers and 1 sister.
