Memorial services for Tammy Jannene Erickson, 45, of Hettinger, ND will be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. at the Hettinger Lutheran Church. Her father, Pastor Larry Kellner will officiate.
TAMMY JANNENE KELLNER was born October 18, 1964 in Ekalaka, MT to Larry and Alice Kellner. Tammy went to be with Jesus on Saturday, October 24, 2009 at the St. Alexius Medical Center in Bismarck, ND.
Tammy grew up on the family farm and was involved in 4H and enjoyed sports throughout her childhood. Tammy's passions were her family, gardening, decorating, yard work, going to yard sales and golfing. She loved a good challenge and could take anything old and make it new. Her favorite saying was get busy living…not dying and she lived that to the fullest. She was a testimony to all people that a positive attitude is the best medicine there is.
Tammy was passionate about her grandchildren and their lives. She attended sports events, birthday parties and anything else that they had going on. She loved to cook and she would spend time baking and canning foods to give to her friends and family. Tammy spent many hours in her gardens and flower beds. Her ideal garden was one where you could sit and hear the waterfalls and the birds sing.
She was the best wife, mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, great grandmother and friend that anyone could ever have. Her joys and passion about life will be greatly missed and her spirit will live on through those whose lives she touched.
Grateful for having shared in her life are her husband, Mort Erickson, of Hettinger, her parents, Larry and Alice Kellner, sons Quentin Riley and Stewie the dog, Norris Erickson Jr. and Jodi Harm, daughters, Jannene (Tyrell) Crawford, Kim (Brian) Willoughby, Anne Marie (Brad) Robinson, sisters, Cammy (Aaron) Scott and Kimberly (Shaun) Sullivan grandchildren, Lundyn and Jordon Schaible, Shannon and Tyler Erickson, Ryan and Alexis Markegard, Logan and Brianna Robinson and a great-grandson, Ezra Link.
