A celebration of Norman's life will be held by the family at a later date when it is safe to gather together.

NORMAN GENE MOE was born on February 26, 1936 in Regent, ND to Invold and Helen (Svihovec) Moe.  He married the LOVE of his life Arlene (Sperle) Moe on March 8, 1957 in Lemmon, SD.

Norman was a jack of all trades and his work usually centered around farming, whether it was putting farming equipment together, planting or harvesting crops, or checking on his ewes during lambing season.

For years he had a glass shop in his garage and in the evenings could be found fixing windows.  He was very skilled at operating a Bobcat and, depending on the season, he would be moving dirt or snow.  He enjoyed locating and selling old tractors.  His love for farming continued into his retirement.  In his later years if he wasn't found moving snow, he was at the farm helping Dusty.

Most will remember Norman as ornery and always looking for a way to pull a joke on someone.  He had a soft spot for his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as he always made them laugh and had change to put in their pocket.  The will always remember him for his devoted love for their "Granny."

Surviving Norman are his son Thomas Moe, Fargo, ND; daughters Tami (Brian) Malnar, Boise, ID; Terryl Moe, Phoenix, AZ; grandchildren McKenzie Moe, Barnesville, MN; Haley Moe, Rollag, MN; Austin (Miranda) Malnar, Lolo, MT; Mikaela (Branden) Cano, Boise, ID; great- grandchildren, Tucker, Mila, Aliza Moe, and Bridger Malnar.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Arlene, four brothers and six sisters.

A final comment….. "Yes, I shut the lights off Dad!!"
