Memorial visitation for Norbert G. Ding will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, July 17, 2015 at the Evanson Jensen Funeral Home in Elgin, ND.
Norbert G. Ding, age 82, of Elgin passed away on Friday, July 10, 2015 at the Jacobson Memorial Hospital and Care Center in Elgin, ND.
Norbert was born on November 15, 1932, the son of Louie and Beulah Ding and the beloved husband of 55 years to Adeline (Koepplin) Ding. Norbert worked in construction as a heavy equipment operator.
Norbert had lived in Rayville, MO for the past 30 years, and in 2014 moved back to Elgin, ND. He was a loving father and grandfather who will be sadly missed by all. He loved playing cards and doing crossword puzzles.
He is survived by four children, Karen Williams, Kansas City, MO, Deborah Mattson, Deerwood, MN, Norbert Ding Jr., Rayville, MO and Todd Ding, Rayville, MO; seven grandchildren; eight grandchildren; and one brother in Bismarck, ND.
