Mass of Christian Burial for Mary Helen Clark, age 91, of Bison, SD, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 5, 2016 at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Bison, SD. Fr. Arnold Kari will officiate with burial to follow in the Bison Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. followed by a rosary/vigil service at 7:00 all on Friday, March 4, 2016 at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Bison, SD.

Mary Helen passed away on Sunday, February 28, 2016 at the David M. Dorsett Healthcare Center in Spearfish, SD.


Mary Helen is survived by her five sons, Ernie (Bev) Clark, Spearfish, SD, Don (Monni) Clark, Libby, MT, John (Danusia) Clark, Cordova, TN, Patrick Clark, Bison, SD, and Paul (Andrea) Clark, Cypress, TX; one daughter, Mary Ann (Scott) Hendricks, Rapid City, SD; 14 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; one brother, Ernest (Arlene) Kari, Bison, SD; one sister, Dorothy Seidel, Bison, SD; one sister-in-law, Bernice Kari, Meadow, SD; and numerous, nieces nephews and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Francis; and one brother, Pete C. Kari.
