Kathleen Ebner, age 72, of Mott, ND, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and caring friend, went peacefully to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at Sanford Health in Bismarck, ND.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am on Monday, August 27, 2018 at St. Vincent's Catholic Church in Mott.  Fr. Dennis Schafer will officiate with burial at Sunnyslope Cemetery in Mott.

Visitation will be on Sunday from 3:00 pm until the time of the Rosary and Wake Service at 7:00 pm all at St. Vincent's Catholic Church.

Kathleen Rose Frank was born on August 12, 1946 in Dickinson, ND to Jack and Katherine (Herauf) Frank.  She was raised and educated in Dickinson.  Kathy began working at Don's Café  and later at St. Joseph's Hospital as a CNA and ward clerk.  She worked at St. Joe's for 48 years until her retirement in 2015.

On February 13, 1985, Kathy was united in marriage to Peter Ebner at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Dickinson.  To this union two sons, Dustin and Jayme, were born.  The couple lived on the Ebner farm and ranch, where Pete still resides, ranching alongside the boys. Kathy loved living and helping on the farm and whenever she came home she would say, "Doesn't it feel good to be home?"  She enjoyed gardening, cooking and baking, playing Whist, bowling, getting together with her girlfriends in Dickinson, and watching The Mollie B Polka Party with Pete.

Most of all, Kathy enjoyed spending time with family and friends, especially her grandchildren. He faith was very important to her; she and Pete faithfully prayed the rosary every night. She was a very active member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, and belonged to the Catholic Daughters of America and the Altar Society.

Kathy is survived by her husband of 33 years, Pete, sons, Dusty (Holly) Ebner, and Jayme (Amanda) Ebner, grandchildren, Kaylee, Kade and Emma Ebner, brothers Ben (special friend Tillie), Vic (Linda), and Leroy, sister LaVerne Frank, sister-in-law Jenny Frank, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother Richard, and one sister Evelyn Gawryluk.

In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established.
