Kae Lyn (Merwin) Wilson, age 65, died at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD on Monday, September 01, 2014.

Kae Lyn Wilson was born September 29, 1948 in Hettinger, ND to Morris (Buster) and Carol Merwin. Kae Lyn graduated from Hettinger High School in 1966 and married Roger D Wilson on December 16 later that year. They moved to Amarillo, TX where she earned her Associates Degree in Nursing. Upon completion of her State Board Exams in 1968, Roger and Kae Lyn moved back to the Hettinger area. The next several years brought a family of three, Jason, Jerad, and Jolonna.

A real milestone in Kae Lyn's life was her baptism as one of Jehovah's Witnesses on June 6, 1975. After learning what the Bible teaches about God's Kingdom, the promise of an earthly Paradise, what happens at death and why there are so many problems, she found a real hope that would change her life. She found much joy and comfort in sharing these truths with others formally and informally.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Hettinger Armory.

Kae Lyn Wilson is survived by her husband Roger of Hettinger, brother David (Peggy) of Hettinger, sister Carol Fae (Rapid City), Miles (June) of Aliso Viejo, CA, son Jason ( Melanie) and their children Bay and McKenzie, son Jerad (Sonya) and their children Shaugnessy, Savannah, Jerad Jr and Justin, and daughter Jolonna Diaz (Raul)and their children Camden and Terryn. All three children reside in Sioux Falls, SD
