Jayne Sager age 53 of St. Onge, died Friday June 15, 2007 at her home, peacefully surrounded by family.

The Memorial Service will be held 11am Monday at the Christian Life Center in Belle Fourche, with Rev. Paul Howard officiating. Visitation will be held 5 to 7 pm Sunday at Funeral Home of the Northern Hills in Belle Fourche. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Northern Hills Hospice.

Jayne Sager was born May 16, 1954 in Deadwood. She was the daughter of Harry E. and Edna (Justice) Sager. Jayne grew up in Beulah WY on a farm and graduated from the Sundance High School. She was a graduate of Black Hills State University with at B.S. Degree in Psychology. Jayne had many years of experience working in real estate.

This past year, Jayne was diagnosed with cancer and throughout it's duration she was a testimony of faith and trust in her Lord. She will be remembered for that faith, her love of family, and her courage.

Jayne is survived by her husband, Bill Smoot of St. Onge; daughters, Morgan (Seth) Miller of Summerset, SD, Megan (Jared) Shear of Sundance WY; mother, Edna Sager of Spearfish; half brother, Harry C. (Anne) Sager of Houston TX; and her special friend, Roxie Seaman of Prairie City.

She was preceded in death by her father.
