A memorial service for Jack L. Duncanson, age 57, of Broken Arrow, OK will be 1:00pm Wednesday, March 22, at the Evanson-Jensen Funeral Home in Mott. Larry Ronnie will officiate with inurnment in Sunnyslope Cemetery at Mott.


JACK L. DUNCANSON was born on November 12 1948 in Bismarck, ND. He was the youngest son of Dett and Leota (Plunkett) Duncanson. He graduated from Mott Lincoln High School and then attended a technical school in Denver, CO. He worked for MDU. He traveled throughout the United States working on various projects. Jack was united in marriage to Soni Hasson in 1977. He was disabled from injuries in a helicopter crash in 1989 while working as a Survey Supervisor/Draftsman for Willbro Butler Engineering.


He loved the outdoors, fishing, and camping. He won many awards for competition shooting. He will be in our hearts forever.


Jack passed away on March 2, 2006 in Tulsa, OK.


He is survived by his wife Soni; son, Devin, both of Broken Arrow, OK; brother, Dean of Coeur D'Alene, ID; honoary father, Dewey Skogley, Harden, MT; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.


He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 sisters, Bernie Hawkes and Diane Skogley.
