Irene Heuer, age 83 of Haynes, ND, passed away on Monday evening, December 10, 2012 at the St. Alexius Medical Center in Bismarck.

Memorial service will be held on Friday, December 14, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the Centennial Chapel of Evanson Jensen Funeral Homes in Hettinger, ND. Her son, Rev. Larry Wagner will officiate and the burial of her ashes will be in the spring of 2013 at the Haynes Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the Chapel.

Irene Richau was born on December 24, 1928 to Pauline (Janke) and Matthew Richau in Golden Valley, ND. She had six siblings, brothers, Walter, John, Arnold, Alvin, and Norman, and one sister, Violet. Irene grew up and attended school in Golden Valley.


Irene had five children, Larry, Linda, Lynn, Lester and Loretta. She loved to cook, bake, have family gatherings, gardening, plants, and her two dogs, Josie and Dewey. She loved spending time with her children and grand kids.


On Monday evening, December 10, 2012, Irene Heuer passed away in Bismarck, ND at St. Alexius Medical Center.


Irene is survived by her children, Larry (Chris) Wagner, of Thousand Oakes, CA; Linda Mosbrucker, of South Heart, ND; Lynn (Janette) Wagner, of Old Forge, PA; Loretta Wagner Kuntz (Al), of Haynes, ND, her daughter-in-law, Jill Wagner, of Shasta Lake, CA and numerous nieces and nephews, 7 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.


he was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, and 1 sister, and 1 son, Lester Wagner.
