Funeral services for Fred Fuchs, age 88, of McIntosh, SD, will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday August 6, 2015, at the Paradise Lutheran Church south of Carson, ND. Rev. Sam Biebert will officiate with burial to follow in the Paradise Lutheran Cemetery. Military Honors will be afforded by the Ralph T. Ankerson American Legion Post #139.

Fred passed away on Sunday, August 2, 2015 at the Five Counties Nursing Home in Lemmon, SD.

He is survived by his wife, Eleanor, McIntosh, SD; one daughter, Connie (Bob) Schriock, McIntosh, SD; one granddaughter, Rebecca Comes Last; one great-granddaughter, Kellee Come Last; two sister, Betty (Wesley) Gall, McIntosh, SD and Martha Johnson, Streeter, IL and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Donovan Fuchs; daughter Tammy Claymore Comes Last; one granddaughter, LeRae Dawn Comes Last; two brothers, Henry and William Fuchs; and one sister, Jacolyn Fuchs.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, August 5, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Evanson Jensen Funeral Home in Lemmon, SD and one hour prior to services at the church on Thursday morning.
