Einar Denver (E.D.) Drageset, 82 of Isabel died March 18, 2015 at Hettinger, ND.

Einar was born on April 25, 1932 in Dupree, SD to Ole & Zella (Tidball) Drageset. He lived the majority of his life in Ziebach County west of Isabel, SD. Einar married Dorothy Alyce Johnson on June 19, 1951 at Isabel, SD.

Einar was a life-long rancher/farmer & enjoyed trapping, hunting, fishing, traveling, flying, & spent many hours reading. He flew relentlessly in the 1960's & 1970's helping area ranchers with predator control in his Super Cub airplane. As the skies cleared after the 1966 Blizzard, Einar flew from dawn until dusk delivering supplies, mail, groceries & aid to other area ranchers, while his family cared for his own livestock.

He was fortunate to have a devoted and loving wife of 63 years, and of that marriage came five distinctive children and eight living grandchildren & fourteen great-grandchildren.

He joined his parents, Ole & Zella Drageset, his sister JoAnn Witte, and his grandson Jeff Boldt in heaven on the 18th day of March in the year 2015.

His life experiences live on with his children Dail Crelly of Fairview, OK, Ina (John) Boldt of Isabel, SD, Denver (Debbie) Drageset, of Isabel, SD, Carla (Gordon) Williams of Bismarck, ND, Jamie (Pat Hartinger) Drageset, of Aberdeen, SD, and his brother Blaine (Rhonda) Drageset of Ft Pierre, SD.

A memorial has been set up for the Isabel Ambulance Service, and cards can be sent to Dorothy Drageset, 22051 134 ½ St, Isabel, SD 57633.

Per Einar's request, cremation has taken place and no formal services will be held.
