Dennis Laches, 76, passed away at his home in Mott, ND on August 15, 2022.

Burial with Full Military Honors will be Friday, August 19th, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. MT at the Sunnyslope Cemetery in Mott.  Following the burial, a Service of Remembrance will be held at 11:00 a.m. MT at Trinity Lutheran Church in Mott.  Rev. John Amundson will officiate and a time of fellowship and lunch will follow at the church.

Dennis Laches was born April 12,1946 to Kasper and Elaine (Fraase) Laches. The oldest of three children. He attended Mott Public Schools and Graduated in 1964. He then continued his education at the North Dakota State College of Science, in electronics, and graduated in 1966. He returned to Mott and was employed by Harold's Radio and TV, he was drafted into the Army in Sept. 1967 and served in the Signal Corp in Vietnam. He was honorable discharged in Apr. 1969 following his tour of duty and returned home and resumed his previous employment. Several years later he opened Mott Laundromat and TV repair. He retired from that business several years later to be caregiver for his parents. Also, during those years he worked part time at the Bentley Anhydrous plant and assisting with propane tank installations.

He is survived by his brothers; Kenneth (Linda) Laches, Gold Canyon, Arizona, Robert Laches, Mandan; his nieces and nephews, Bryan (Tricia) Laches, Scottsdale, Arizona, Jessica  (Sean) Valley, Queen Creek, Arizona.

He was preceded in death by his parents Kasper and Elaine (Fraase) Laches.
