Service of Remembrance for Denaldo Bornong, age 78, of Isabel, SD, will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 26, 2017 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Isabel, SD with Rev. Dan Juelfs officiating. Following a time of fellowship and luncheon, burial will follow in the Selma Union Cemetery north of Thunder Hawk, SD.

A gathering of family and friends to share stories will be held at 7:00 on Friday, August 25, 2017 at the St. Mary's Catholic Church in Isabel, SD.

Denaldo passed away on Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at the Rapid City Regional Hospital in Rapid City, SD.

She is survived by her husband, Russell Bornong, Isabel, SD; daughters, T.J. (Gus) Sharp, Havre, MT, Vicki Fisher, Rapid City, SD and Sande Marso, Isabel, SD; son-in-law, Jeff Ellison, Lemmon, SD; 14 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Betty Fritz, Rapid City, SD, Corrine Fron, Timber Lake, SD, and Bev (Lorry) Lindskov, Isabel, SD; one brother, Dan (Sherry) Solberg, Alcester, SD; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Susie Bornong-Ellison; and one brother, Wayne Solberg.
