Debra (Deb or Debbie) Ann Rafferty died February 5, 2026 at the Winner Regional Healthcare Center. She was born February 12, 1964 to the late Jack and Carol (Potter) Rafferty.

Deb always found joy in following sports, listening to music, watching television shows and movies, and especially growing up spending hours at the pool or lake with family and friends. Her favorite job was being a lifeguard, giving her the opportunity to work with children and share her love of the water.

She is survived by her brother, Doug; sister, Deanna (Doug) Jilek; nieces, Emily (Greg) Tibor and Maryana Jilek; nephews, Isaiah, Nathaniel, Jeremiah, and Elijah Jilek; great nieces, Eden, Aria, and Ivy Tibor; great-nephew, Roman Tibor; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and her Winner Regional care family.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
