Dale Duane Browning Jr. age 54 of Gillette WY, (formerly Belle Fourche) died October 23rd, 2008 at his home in Gillette, WY.

A Memorial Service will be held 1:30pm Wednesday at Funeral Home of the Northern Hills in Belle Fourche, with Rev. Paul Howard officiating. There will be no visitation.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.

Dale Duane Browning Jr. was born November 19, 1954 in Quinn South Dakota. He was the son of Dale Sr. and Betty (Ferdig) Browning. Dale grew up in Sturgis and later moved with his family to Belle Fourche where he graduated from high school in 1974. For the past 10 to 15 years he has lived in Gillette.

Dale worked as an auto mechanic for many years. He also worked as a heavy equipment operator. Dale especially liked working on race cars. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to anybody who was in need.

Dale is survived by his mother, Betty Ferdig of Belle Fourche; son, Dale Snyder Jr. and 2 grandchildren all of Arizona; 3 sisters, Linda (Tom) Prantner of Belle Fourche, Judy (Frank) DeFalco of Broomfield CO, Vicky Browning of Sioux Falls; brother, Mark (Shawna) Browning of Belle Fourche; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father; brother, Rocky Browning; paternal grandparents, Noble and Minnie Browning; and maternal grandparents, Simon and Katie Ferdig.
