Betty was born March 24, 1930 to Frank and Elizabeth (Mocko) Jueth in Grant County, ND. In 1955, she married Adam Mann. They resided in Heil and Betty worked at various places in Grant County.
Although Adam and Betty only had one daughter, Sharon, Betty was a mom to many. She raised her brothers and sisters during her mother's illnesses and remained a part of their adult lives. Her ""second daughter"", niece Cyndy Kuntz of Elgin and her family were all a huge part of her life; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and their extended families and friends and their families.
Betty was known for her great cooking and hospitality as well as her beautiful flower gardens. She managed to continue both on a smaller scale after she moved to an apartment in Elgin where she resided at the time of her death. She was the center of our family and her huge smile, quick wit and sage-like advice will be missed by all of us.
Surviving Betty are her daughter, Sharon (Kerwin) Wetzstein, Bismarck, ND; her sisters, Joyce (Jeff) Steinle and Karen (Doug) Sokolofsky, all of Bismarck, ND; her brothers, Donald (Virginia) Ulrich, Mandan, ND; Robert Ulrich, Rod (Evon) Ulrich, and Tim Ulrich, all of Elgin, ND; as well as sisters-in-law, Susan Jueth, Bismarck, ND; and Muriel Ulrich, Elgin, ND.
Preceding her in death are her husband, her parents, her brothers, Lee Jueth and Curtis Ulrich; her step-brother,George (Alice) Ulrich; her step-sister, Agnes (Rollin) Balliet and her step-father, Albert Ulrich.
Visitation will be on Friday one hour prior to services at St. John's Lutheran Church in Carson.
