Armella Tessie Entzel, 93, of Halliday, ND passed away on Sunday, November 21, 2021, at St. Benedicts Health Care in Dickinson.

Armella, daughter of Charles and Veva Glaser was born August 27, 1928 in Geneseo, North Dakota. She attended school in Geneseo and graduated in 1947.

After graduation, Armella worked various jobs in St. Paul, MN and Milwaukee, WI.

She married Henry Entzel, August 10, 1954, at St. John's Lutheran Church in Dodge. They lived east of Halliday until retirement. From there, they moved into Halliday. Henry passed away in 1996. Armella continued to live in Halliday until she moved to Dickinson.

Armella loved her family more than anything. She was always ready for a game when her children or grandchildren came visiting. She loved doing crossword puzzles, bingo and putting together puzzles and was an avid reader. Her Bible was her favorite thing to read.

She is survived by three children, Charles Ahmann - Hettinger, Debbie Entzel - Mandan, and Elvis (Jackie) Entzel- Killdeer. Grandchildren - Carlee (Jamie) Eckart, Carrie Ahmann, Roxane Fredericks, Cody Fredericks, Trista Benz, Heather (Kevin) Johnson and Dustin (Whitney) Entzel. Great Grandchildren – Hudson and Haydon Eckart, Tyra and Treyten Benz, Alexander and Eva Johnson, Ryker and Pyper Entzel and niece Sandy Fox.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Veva, her brother Ralph and wife Margaret, her husband, Henry and daughter in law, Colette Ahmann.

There will be a graveside service on Friday, December 3, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. MT at St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery, rural Dodge, ND.  Rev. Scott Skones will officiate.
