Aakron James Raba passed away October 7, 2021 at St. Mary hospital in Rochester, Minnesota at the tender age of 4 years old. After years of health concerns including a diagnosis of Menkes/Epilepsy disease at the young age of 6 months old, he passed peacefully surrounded by family. Services to celebrate Aakron's life will be held  at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at the Dakota Prairie Enrichment Center/Reeder Community Center in Reeder, ND, with Rev. Allen Wickstrom and Rev. Debbie Molbert, officiating.  Burial will follow in the Rose Hill Cemetery south of Reeder, ND.

A family service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, October 15, 2021 at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Reeder, ND.

Aakron was born October 18, 2016 in Hettinger, ND to Ashley Finck and Zaide Raba. From the moment he was placed in the loving arms of his family, we knew the meaning of a true "warrior". Aakron had a lot of ups and downs, but with the strength of his family, he had beaten all odds and obstacles in his way. Anyone who met Aakron would be wrapped around his finger immediately as he had such a way with people. He even had his uncle, Jordan, jealous of his many girlfriends.

Aakron always was an outdoorsy kid. He loved being out on his swing watching the trees, going for walks around the lake, but most of all, he loved going for rides on the side by side with Papa Greg. Helping check fields and chasing cows were his favorite as you could even hear him yelling at the cows if they just wouldn't move or go in the right direction.

While we are heartbroken after the loss of our sweet Aakron, we take comfort in knowing that he is now able to run around and play freely great grandma Arlys and fishing with great great uncle Norman right by his side.

Grateful of having shared in his time on earth were his parents Ashley Finck (Bryce Fichter) and Zaide Raba; grandparents Travis & Tracy Finck and Paul Raba; aunts and uncles Jordan Finck and Zach & Ashlee Raba; great grandparents Jeroy Christianson and Greg & Roxie Finck; great aunts and uncles Troy & Stacey Christianson (Gunnar & Axel) and Brian & Tressie Ellingson (Tucker & Sydney); great great grandma Colleen Finck; cousins Zoey, Zyler, Zaylee Raba; his nanny Dee Dee (Darwin) Manor.

He was preceded in death by great grandma Arlys; great great grandparents Rueben & Martha Grauseth, Kenneth & Vivian Christianson, Jim & Delores Larson, Leo Finck; great great uncle Norman Kahl.
